Brainstorming Meetings Often, it's possible to incorporate the best elements of both tightly controlled meetings and more free and non-directed meetings. Brainstorming sessions are an extremely effective method for quickly developing new and innovative ideas. One idea builds on another, and long lists of potential solutions to problems are generated quickly. There are three key requirements for an effective brainstorming session : 1).
